Shipping & Returns

Free Worldwide Shipping — All orders ship free, worldwide.

Handmade · Processing — Each instrument is handcrafted and inspected before dispatch. Please allow about 2–3 business days for processing.

Fully Insured Delivery — Every order ships via a tracked, fully insured courier. International delivery typically takes about 7–14 days. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

7-Day Trial · Returns — If you’re not satisfied, you may return the instrument within 7 days of delivery (original packaging and all accessories included). Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Once the returned instrument reaches us and is confirmed undamaged, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Damaged or Defective — In the rare case your instrument arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement or full refund (return shipping included).

Founded in 1991 by master luthier Ming Jiang Zhu, our Guangzhou workshop has earned 27 awards from the Violin Society of America. Today, the workshop is led by Wei-xian Zhu — carrying forward his master's standards across every instrument we make.
